Our Inspiration, Max

Maximum Homecare was established in 2012 after years of homecare frustration and reliability issues for our son, Max. In our search for quality, reliable homecare, we realized our family was not the only one experiencing the same stress and worry, so we decided to make a change.

Due to the high degree of managed care our son required, Maximum Homecare fully understands what is necessary to provide the best and most caring services possible. We understand that relationships matter, especially to our children. Lastly, we know time is one of the most precious aspects of life, and we want to make sure your family can enjoy your time together.

FAQs

  • We recommend starting this process by emailing the Ohio ADA Coordinator at Civil_Rights@jfs.ohio.gov or contacting your county DODD for proper program eligibility. Once your payment options are approved by the county, call or complete our contact form, to begin with Maximum.

  • Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, depending on the client’s needs and approved hours from your county program. Once we know the county’s approved hours, we can work together to tailor a schedule to fit your needs.

  • Maximum has this capability, but this service will depend on your MY PLAN requirements.

  • If your program reimbursement allows for transportation, Maximum can provide it. Please let us know if you are interested in this service and if there are special car seats, restraint systems, etc, that you will provide for your child’s transportation.

  • We provide our opinion to the county on whether or not your child would benefit from having one aide or two. Then ultimately, the county decides.

  • Your child’s safety is of utmost importance to Maximum Homecare. Depending on your child’s needs, we will pair them with one of our appropriately trained care professionals. Our staff is CPR First Aid certified and trained in CPI and basic ADLs. Per request, we will hire STNAs or other specialized care professionals to meet your needs.
